I tried a new recipe today. Bacon wrapped chicken... and it was a success! It's really simple - I only used ranch dressing, salt and pepper. Then I rolled the chicken breast and wrapped the bacon around it. Baked it for 45 minutes at 350 degrees, add some spinach and mashed potatoes on the side. How simple, isn't it? And it tasted good, too. I love cooking!
